Terms of Service

Tally is a free plugin for Claude Code, made by BeRelentless. It records how you work with your coding agent in repos you choose, builds a skill profile, and lets startup founders find you if you opt in.

• You sign in with GitHub. Keep your account and the device token in ~/.tally secure.
• You must be legally able to work in the places you say you can.
• One person per account and one account per person.

Your profile is only worth something if it reflects real work. You agree not to:

• Upload sessions you did not run yourself, replayed or generated sessions, or sessions made to game the score.
• Share a device token between people or machines you do not control.
• Try to bypass limits, scoring or verification.

We check for these signals and may flag, hide or remove a profile that shows them.

The score is our automated assessment of how you work. It is not a guarantee of an interview, job or salary. It improves with more sessions, and sessions backed by your own commits count for more.

Founders are reviewed before they can search. A founder agrees to use candidate data only to consider that candidate for the role they posted, not to contact candidates outside Tally before an intro is accepted, and not to share or resell candidate data.

Tally is free for developers. We will tell founders about any pricing before it applies to them.

You can delete your account at any time from the settings page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Tally is provided as is. We try to keep scoring accurate and the service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service or any particular outcome.
